Pastor Bio

Conrad Michael Bobb-Semple

A native of Plaisance, Guyana, in South America, Pastor Bobb-Semple accepted the call to ministry at the tender age of 5 and was baptized at 8 years old. From which time he began sharpening his craft by standing on the piano in his home and preaching to anyone who would listen. This included members of the church, his friends, the mail man and yes even the milk man.

After high school, Pastor Bobb-Semple matriculated his way through the University of Southern Caribbean, the other USC where he obtained a batchelor in theology.

Upon completion of his studies, he accepted a call to the mission field where he served for two years as a missionary in Taiwan.

He then settled in the United States and continued his passion for souls, this time working with the disenfranchised, homeless, and incarcerated population; providing addiction therapist to individuals dealing with substance abuse, gambling addiction and sexual addiction, as well as providing rehabilitation therapy to men upon their release from prison. At the same time Pastor Bobb-Semple continued to provide volunteer ministerial service to churches in the community. He states that this experience reminded him that God is not only interested in our salvation but that God is also interested in our healing and deliverance from the issues of life.

In order to better equip himself for the ministry, Pastor Bobb-Semple attended seminary where he completed a master in theology with focus in urban ministries.

Pastor Bobb-Semple has led in the development of youth organizations in Houston, New York and Detroit. He has preached in several churches in Houston, Boston, New York, Connecticut, Detroit, Caribbean, South America and Asia, leading many to the kingdom. He was instrumental in creating Connecting Family, a program created in the city of Detroit to provide after school tutoring to disadvantaged children.

Pas. B as he is affectionately called, has provided pastoral service to Emmanuel Seventh day Adventist Church in Conroe Texas, (Southwest Region Conference); Bay Area Seventh day Adventist Company in League City Texas, and is presently serving as the pastor of Born Again Seventh-day Adventist Church in Texas City, First Missouri City Seventh day Adventist Church and now Baytown/La Porte Seventh-day Adventist Church.

He considers his greatest accomplishment as baptizing his daughters.

Pas. B is the 7 of 8 children born to Carl and the late Yvonne Bobb-Semple and was raised in a Seventh day Adventist home. He is married to the former Fiona Mentor, a registered nurse, singer and pianist, and together they have two lovely daughters Emerald 18, a singer and inspirational praise dancer and the charming Malia 10 who is also a singer and who is about to turn 11 next week.

Pastor B loves the Lord. He loves music. He loves to sing. He loves serving others and most of all he loves leading souls to Jesus. His desire is to make the world a better place by introducing Jesus to anyone who would listen.
